Children Belong Here!
Wiggles, giggles, and curious questions are always celebrated at Saint Thomas. Children of all ages are a delightful part of our church’s life, whether in the pews, nursery, or Sunday School.
What to Expect on Sundays
Wherever you find yourself on your journey, and whatever brings you through our doors, you are warmly invited to join us. You don't need to have a lifelong background in the Episcopal Church—or any church experience at all—to belong here. Gathering for Sunday worship grounds everything we do. It is a space where ancient traditions meet modern life, where music and prayer restore our spirits, and where we are renewed as a community to go out and share God’s love with the world.

Yes! This is Christ’s table, and all are welcome to come forward to the altar rail. You do not need to be a member of Saint Thomas or the Episcopal Church to receive Communion. If you prefer to receive a blessing instead, simply cross your arms over your chest when you come forward. Gluten-free wafers are always available.
What is the Worship Style?
Our worship style is embodied, participatory, and sensory. Rather than sitting and listening passively to a performance, the congregation actively joins in the prayers, songs, and movement of the service, sharing in a communal experience that engages both the mind and the body. At the center of our gathering is the Holy Eucharist, or Communion, where we use the historic and poetic language of The Book of Common Prayer to guide us. It is a style of worship that remains alive through the years, nourishing and uplifting our spirits on Sunday mornings and shaping how we live our lives with faith, hope, and love.
What is the Episcopal Church?
The Episcopal Church is often described as a “middle way," bringing together the beauty of ancient church traditions with a vibrant, open-minded approach to faith. Its roots go back to the Church of England, and today it is part of a global family of churches found all over the world. It looks for guidance and truth by balancing the sacred wisdom of scripture, centuries of church history, and the gift of human reason to help people navigate modern life. Rather than requiring a strict checklist of rules you must believe, the Episcopal Church is anchored in shared rhythms of prayer while welcoming deep questions, open discussions, and honest doubts. Most of all, it centers on faith in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God, encouraging people to walk side-by-side as a community striving to model God’s love for all.
